Normal products
Returns are accepted, subject to applicable return conditions and inspection.
Mattresses
Mattresses are non-returnable.
Custom-size products
Custom-size products are non-returnable, because they are prepared according to the customer's specified requirements.
Damaged products
If a product arrives damaged, the customer must report the issue to Excellent Foam within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
